Decorative ceramic tile, handmade tiles for custom ceramic tile floors and ceramic floor tiles
The ceramic tile leaves shown below are one of our tradeshow sample boards. I love using charcoal grout with the autumn leaves because it makes the colors pop.
Glass tiles and travertine stone tiles have been the rage for a couple years now. In 10 years they will be considered out of date. Ceramic tile leaves are always an excellent selection for your house, because leaf tiles are timeless. They will never go out of style.
Just look at this lovely kitchen ceramic tile leaf backsplash...studio layout. If you you closely, you'll see a morning dove tile on an oak tree branch.
The ceramic tile glazes used on these ceramic tile leaves really help define the vein structure of the leaf tiles.
One of my autumn favorites for my ceramic tile shaped leaves; Mayco Dragon's Breath.
I've applied it to two different clay-bases; a off-white and a tan. You should be able to see the difference in color depth on these handmade oak leaf ceramic tiles.
Another example of two different clay-bases is found on these Sassafras leaf - shaped mosaic tiles; Amaco, Tobacco Brown. I love the Sassafras mosaic tile leaves because they are quite unique. You might notice the different shapes. Some look like mittens, while others are fork-like. There is even a another shape; a basic single leaf shaped Sassafras leaf.
This is an example of a "before" picture of a stone kitchen backsplash.
And then the "after" kitchen tile backsplash with mosaic autumn leaf ceramic tiles.
Autumn leaf ceramic tile mosaics are nice for a rustic or cabin decor. Changing grout color can also create an entirely different loom.
This porch has mosaic tile autumn leaves but uses a light tan grout color.

This leaf tile kitchen backsplash uses a brown grout.
Carlene Anderson, designer/owner of Carlene Anderson Kitchen Design at 5818 Balboa Drive of Oakland, California ordered these handmade, decorative ceramic tiles for the Schultz family. As with all of our decorative tiles, each ceramic tile is handmade and fully vitrified to last for generations to come.

This unique floor predominantly contains autumn, maple and oak leaves that are 6" or smaller in length and tile acorns. The addition of black raccoon track ceramic tiles pick up on the black granite countertops in this bathroom and three lizards add character. The animal track ceramic tiles lead to a shower with a whimsical raccoon hiding inside and a beautiful coordinating leaf tile border!
Thanks for the great ceramic tile leaf and ceramic tile raccoon bathroom pictures Kathleen Ruff of Longwood, Florida.
