We have received numerous inquiries about tiling over existing ceramic tile. You can tile over tile, as long as the subsurface is solid.

We have a new porcelain tile base that can be rolled to less than 1/8" thick, without warping — and it fires perfectly flat. This product is ideal for tile veneer / over tiling and is extremely strong!

These thin ceramic tiles can be adhered to virtually any surface with a silicone caulk. Just in case your cupboards need a facelift. The  ideas are endless...

Let's say you have an old 4x4 white tile in your dated shower stall or ceramic tile tub stall. If it is a good, solid, sub-surface, that is NOT leaking, you can tile over the existing tile. You might have to modify some of your plumbing, but it can be done.

As an alternative, you can purchase our shaped, accent tiles and adhere them to your existing ceramic tile, to create a beautiful ceramic tile fish border, ceramic tile mosaic, or any other ceramic tile design — it's fun AND extremely easy — no professional tile installer is required— SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!

This picture shows an inexpensive, smooth, glossy, rectangular wall tile approximately 8x12". Thin veneer bamboo ceramic tiles can be adhered to the surface with an epoxy or silicone. A great cost savings idea and a real WOW factor!

This picture shows stained glass cabinet doors that have a ceramic tile veneer / ceramic tile accent pieces. They were glued onto the stained glass with silicone caulk, in addition to some glass beads / glass globs that were purchased from a local craft store...gorgeous!

Measure your existing tile. This information will let us know the area size for your ceramic tile overlay. The pictures below show some tropical fish ceramic tiles that, "YES!" CAN BE adhered to your existing tiles using a silicone caulk. You can even use our ceramic tile leaves for your ceramic tile veneer.

The ceramic tile design is up to you. Just tell us the tile that you want us to make to tile over your existing tile and we'll make it for you.
